Don Jazzy: I Had Instant Chemistry With Iyanya

Don Jazzy, Mavin Records boss and ace producer, says he has great “chemistry” with Iyanya Onoyom Mbuk, the latest addition to his label.
Iyanya officially became a Mavin Monday morning by virtue of an announcement made by Don Jazzy.
In a statement, the producer spoke of Iyanya’s “versatility” and noted that he’s anticipating the “great music” they’ll make together.

A 26-year-old man, Tunde Agbaje, has reportedly trekked from the Ketu area of Lagos State to Zaria in Kaduna State.

The suspect, Nurudeen Alin, 32, and his accomplice, Mohammed Garba (26), went to the residence of their victim, Yahuza Fakai, at College Road, Amejiogbe area of Oyo town and stabbed him with a knife several times.

Two suicide bombings rocked Nigeria’s northeast city of Maiduguri on Saturday, killing at least nine people and injuring scores of others, emergency services said.

The detained former Minister of State for Defence, Sen. Musiliu Obanikoro, has refunded the sum of N100m to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
A top associate of the former minister noted that the former minister had yet to be released after the payment of the N100m as of the time of filing this report by 9pm on Friday.
The EFCC had given a bail condition to Obanikoro, who has been in custody since October 21, 2016, to refund the sum of N100m as a major condition for his bail.

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has warned that Hillary Clinton’s foreign policy plan in Syria would trigger World War III, the BBC reports.
He said the US should focus on defeating the so-called Islamic State rather than convincing Syrian President Bashar al-Assad to stand down.
