Ex-convict and a former governor of Delta, James Onanefe Ibori Sunday held a thanksgiving service following his release from jail in the United Kingdom.
The service which held at the First Baptist Church, Oghara had in attendance Ibori’s successor, Emmanuel Uduaghan, top politicians in the state ans some traditional rulers.
