Despite displacing Petr Cech as Chelsea’s first choice keeper, the Belgian is currently he worst in his position in the English top-flight according to the statistics.

US President Barack Obama said Palestinian president Mahmud Abbas’s presence at Shimon Peres’s funeral on Friday was a reminder of the “unfinished business of peace.”
At the start of his eulogy for Nobel Peace Prize winner Peres in Jerusalem, Obama mentioned Abbas, who was seated in the front row, and said his “presence here is a gesture and a reminder of the unfinished business of peace.”

The Lagos State University (LASU) said on Friday that 24, 734 certificates of graduates who left the institution over the last 10 years were lying uncollected at its registry.

66 Year Old Fake Lawyer Arrested In Lagos

The Lagos State Police Command has arrested a 66-year-old man, said to have been practising as a lawyer with no certificate for 22 years.
The suspect, Kayode Jones, who was paraded on Thursday by the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Fatai Owoseni, at the command’s headquarters in Ikeja, was arrested in a lawyer’s attire, at the Lagos Judiciary 2016/2017 legal year event on Tuesday, in the premises of the Igbosere Division of the state High Court.

Chief Magistrate F.N Amanze of the Magistrate court in Port Harcourt has remanded one Ibinabo Franklin in prison for using his seventeen-year-old daughter as a sex slave.
Thirty-eight-year-old Franklin had confirmed to the court that he had canal knowledge of his daughter.
Franklin, in his testimony, told the court that he chained his seventeen year old daughter, raped her and left her bleeding.

Bloodbath In Lagos As Gunmen Kill Man, His Two Sons

It was harvest of tears on Thursday in the Ipakodo, Ikorodu area of Lagos State, after some gunmen invaded a house and murdered a man and his two sons.
The suspects, who killed the man identified as Celestine Nwokoye, and his sons, also shot his wife and his two daughters, who are battling for their lives at the moment.
The wife and the injured daughters were said to have been rushed to the Ikorodu General Hospital, where they are currently receiving treatment, Punch reports.

Three Men Rape Impregnated Teenager In Lagos

Three men, Kingsley Oke, Henry Osadere and Francis Ekwe were on Thursday arrested for allegedly raping and impregnating a 14-year-old girl in the Agric, Ikorodu area of Lagos State.
The suspects resided in the same area, Majidun, Ikorodu, with the parents of the teenager.
It was gathered that the trio raped their victim, a primary 6 pupil, sometime in August 2016, after the mother went for a vigil.
