Court Orders Pitt, Jolie To Pay €568,000 To Chateau Decorator

A French appeal court has ordered US stars Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie to pay 568,000 euros ($667,000) to a lighting designer they employed for their chateau in southern France, judicial sources said Friday.
The court ruled on April 19 in favour of Odile Soudant, whose company went bankrupt, in the dispute with Chateau Miraval, the firm that manages the sprawling 17th-century property.

Woman Docked For Calling Ex-husband’s Mother ‘Witch’

A woman, Fati Mohammed, on Friday appeared before a Minna Magistrates’ Court, charged with calling her former mother-in-law, Fati Aliyu, a witch.
The accused was arraigned in court following a direct criminal complaint filed by Aliyu.
Aliyu alleged that Mohammed called her a witch after demanding that she returned the five-year-old child she had for her former husband to her.

US court dismisses fraud case against Dammy Krane

A Court in Miami-Dade County, Florida, has dismissed charges of credit card forgery, armed conspiracy and grand theft filed against Nigerian singer Oyindamola Emmanuel Johnson-Hunga, popularly known as Dammy Krane.
Recall that Krane was arrested alongside Ilochukwu Gabriel in June for allegedly booking a private jet service with stolen credit card details.
